my science teacher told me to write my homework on filler paper but what is it?

it is just regular notebook paper.
it is called filler paper because it is used to fill a notebook or binder.

It's notebook paper that comes loose, but already three hole punched, so you just stick it in a 3 ring binder.

Yea, what she said ... NOTEBOOK paper, it comes in wide ruled or college ruled and has three holes punched on the left side of the page.
