Oh yea,as one person said Imus did step over the line.Al Sharpton &Jesse Jackson are two of the biggest raceiest in the world. They profess to be Revarand's and as much like God as possable.AS I read the Bible I can't quote where it is but it does say God does not punish his children as they want done. Also it is said he who are without sin through the first stone Also God is the only one who has NOT made a mistake today. Don Imas knowes what he has done better than anyone. He did not intend to hurt anyone And is a good honest man to stand up the way he is doing. The good he has done out weighs the bad by far.He don't prentend to be someone that he isn't.He excepts his mistakes like a real man. He's not hideing.Just faceing it head on.I'am an old man and I for one look up to him for the way he is trieing to approch the problem.I'will remain his number one Fan. S O HE MADE POOR JUDGMENT CALL WHO HASN'T?

When these champions were on TV earlier today, I immediately noticed that not one of them had nappy hair, not even the WHITE women. Also, considering that they are ALL competent college students, it is highly unlikely that any are "hos". So, if he is stating fact, then he should state his evidence as well. Since you have nominated youself as his spokesman, then YOU state the evidence. As far as Sharpton goes, Imus discredited himself and his true HEART fell out of his mouth as has anyone else that Sharpton targets.

is it blown out of proportion when Bush wants to send Hispanics back or make it harder for them to come to America? is it blown out of proportion that whites along with other nationalities are constantly killed in Iraq?...the point is when it comes to your own race will you feel that its being blown out of proportion? The fact is it's wrong..How do you stop racism if you allow certain things to be just a joke. What about the white girls that are on the Rutgers team are they nappy headed hos also or just hos? what did Imus comment have to team with the whole team and how they play basketball.its true African Americans make black jokes but the bottom line is one race shouldn't make jokes about other race. even if it is just a joke others may not see it that way.Jackson and Sharpton are just there to speak up if no one else will. But what if the comment was made towards you, your race or your family? would you say it's just a joke and be ok with it...just so someone else would feel it's ok to make such a comment in the future.

I don't care much for Sharpton either - however he was totally in the right on this one...Imus needs to retire - his day has long passed...

Nappy Ho's is a euphamism used by black people all the time. As a matter of fact, I heard it said verbatem on a black morning show in St. Louis a few months ago. The fact that there is a media frenzy is a pointed example of reverse racism and inequality. If all people in this country are to be color blind then we should all be liable or exempt for uttering a racial slur. You can say it but I can't? This IS America right?

It's pukes like you that give decency a bad name. And - it's pukes like Al Sharpton who exploit pukes like Imus for his own benefit, status, reputation and wealth.
Imus was wrong. So is Sharpton.
