I posted to you a better way to throw away 80 calories other than an energy drink. And that was Protein Drinks

Read the label again--is it 80 calories for the whole CAN, or is that can 2-3 servings, at 80 cals EACH??

Most likely, yes. Energy drinks are generally not very healthy for the body and contain immense amounts of sugar, which often lead to weight gain. They also tend to throw off your metabolism which can cause you to get a little bit bigger.

STOP!! Quit asking these questions, you're not fat, you're not gonna get fat. The only way you're gonna end up super morbidly obese is if you're hittin up McDonald's and the hostess store everyday. If you're active, and you eat healthy, you'll be fine. And for the love of christ, the occasional twinkie is not going to kill you. YOU ARE NOT FAT. CALM DOWN.

Many of them are loaded with sugar but if you aren't going over the suggested amount of daily sugar consumption then I don't see why you would gain weight.

lol i was wondering the same thing because I'm addicted.
Although, that is allot of calories sodium and sugar.
Sugar turns to fat.
But, i guess if you keep it within a 2,000 calorie diet and have a work out routine...may not make you fat.

I think what you eat has more to do with whether you get fat or not.
