Almost anything from Tibeten throat chanting to ragtime to zydeco to hip-hop to bop to jazz to bubble gum to speed metal to musicals to torch to dinosaur rock to big band to punk to reggae to samba to juju to country to Hawaiian to garage to to funk to Celtic to fusion to techno to blues to drum and bugle corp to ska to folk to avant garde classical to pop to kids playing ABCs on kazoos (if done with taste).
Rap is probably about the weakest form I know of...it being the least expensive corporate rock to ever be marketed, but even it has some very hip stuff. Tons of new age stuff is just a waste of plastic, but there are some hidden gems there too.
Music is good. We live in an incredible age where so much music with such high fidelity is at our finger tips. It amazes me that most folks are so under-exposed to all the different flavors of sound that are out there just waiting to be enjoyed.

I generally listen to hip hop, rap, and alternative rock, motown and 80s music, of course. I have a very diverse selection of music, but absolutly no country, punk rock, metal rock, or pop. Especially not country, possibly the worst music ever. Thank god I'm not a southerner. I mostly listen to Nas, Kanye West, Talib Kweli, The Roots, Dave Matthews Band, Bob Marley U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi. I also love old music like Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Al Green, Ben E. King, The Temptations...etc.

First of all, I love you because you say "Ya'll". You even put the apostrophe in the right place!
I am in LOVE with classic rock. For me, nothing will ever top Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Jethro Tull, Tom Petty, etc. I like the more folk-infused stuff. It's all such great music, and I like to think that the genre boasts some of the most spectacular songwriters the world has ever seen (or will likely ever see again).

I mainly like country music (the newer stuff like Reba, Sugarland, Lonestar, Blake Shelton, Dixie Chicks, etc). I also listen to some rock (e.g. Daughtry, "Lips of and angel" from Hinder). I also listen to some pop music. Some singers I love listening to are Kelly Clarkson, Kellie Pickler, Clay Aiken, and Faith Hill.
So in other words, even though country music is my favourite type of music, I listen to every kind except for Rap, emo and Gospel.

wow i'm looking at all your answers and I feel so alone in my music taste, my favorite bacnd in the entire world is Underoath, and As I lay Dying, I also absolutley adore Anberli8n, Emery, Thrice, Saosin, He Is Legend, Rise Against, Silverstien, Unearth, and a whole lot more. Most people would say that is emo music, but I hate that term... It's not even a feaking word. And if you were to look at me in hte hallways of my school you would think that I'm totally normal... I love music and people are so narrow minded about it and it really pisses me off when people say that screaming is not music. It is, and that music expresses itself the best in my opininon. I am open to all kinds of music and I really appreciate thosse who are as well.

Classic Rock and 80's rock. Can't beat it. I actually like Wolfmother too, they do a bunch of good riffs.
