I sold some a bunch of Lindens via LindeX and ever since then my account has been tweaked. I can't teleport, because the game logs me off. My friends list is deactivated. I tried to email them 3 times, called 4 times. No reply! I'm starting to doubt if it's really worth joining and spending money on SecondLife. And when you call, the answering service always tells you that the average wait time is 7-8 minutes but no one ever picks up, instead they put you on voice mail. makes you think FEMA is running this company.

welcome to online customer service. very few online websites/services have decent customer service, especially those whose product is EXCLUSIVELY online; you will very likely never talk to a human being. if you are having trouble, i would say delete your current acct and start over, or else just be patient and see if they get to you eventually;a lot of times we want things to happen faster in the online email response world than it really does. good luck.
