I don't want a personal blog. I want a proffesional blog. somewhere where i can get a lot of comments. i don't want myspace, blogger, or anything like that.

I don't know exact sites for this, I'm sorry. But I think you should get your own webpage. You can put a blog on your page and add a comments section, and you can edit the backgrounds and colors so it will look professional in your eyes. I have a blog on my own site, it's pretty neat and I use it for more serious writing, while my myspace blog is just to vent when I feel like venting.

The responses you get for your blog is dependent on what you put up in your blog and how you promote it..
There are many paid blog sites like typepad.com

For professionalism, I suggest you learn to create your own website, with fields/ options for people to leave comments on whatever you have.
Learn html to begin with, then xml if you're feeling adventurous. This way you can create whatever you want in your blog and it will be setup your way.
