Girl please. NO you will not get fat! You are not eating enough. You need to eat about 1200 calories to maintain a healthy life! You need to eat more. Just make sure you have protein for you muscles, and whole grain carbs to help support your brain and body.

ummm I don't see the protein? 1000 to 2000 calories is OK as long as your at least getting out of bed every day. however, lose the yogurt and have egg beaters with fake bacon bits and onions, lose the high carb cereal and go with 2 pieces of fruit. then get rid of the turkey sandwich on bread. The bread right there cost you 120 calories which you did not include in your numbers, turkey and mayo was the 200 alone. buy frozen broccoli and cauliflower blends and microwave that and plenty of white meat like chicken and fish, finally for your energy drink, make a soy protein drink and a 50mg of niacin.

The total intake of calories a day should be about 1500 calories and no more than that. As long as you don't go higher than that you don't have to worry If you ate to much or not.

The average woman needs 1,500 calories a day, you had 550!!! so no.
No offence but you sound like you are being a bit obsessive about it. Stop counting calories, just enjoy the food you like but in moderation and get some excersise and you will be fine.

no you will stay the same thats only like 600 cal. you boady needs at least 1500 cal. and if you go over 2000 cal. you will gain 1 pound so dont worry.but if you want to lose pounds by not eating anything then dont eat anything but like a apple and water. you will lose like 5 pounds in 1 day it works for me all the time but I suggest you only do that when you are going to the beach or something.
Bread is really fattning So dont eat to much of it.
