pppp you need to practice your contacts with the ball from all possible positions. This is especially tru with a volley in front of the goal. In that area, you are reacting to something you are not in control of coming from the right or left, moving forward or flat footed, it is all reacting to the ball. Get comfortable using both feet too! Soccerref

Volley ball is fun...but not if there is only one person...so I say go get a soccerball....you can do more with it..and if u get tired of that just use the soccer ball as a voollyball...shhh! no one will tell...

i think that volley balls are more fun to play around with on your own and theyre softer
however soccer is a fun sport but....
