The people who care about celebrities are who make celebrities of people who would otherwise be considered ordinary folks. So, I guess I'd say it's those who actually care about the celebrities because they inadvertently create the celebrities who can't handle fame, fortune, notoriety, power, and demands, and become monsters in the long run.

I think that the people who take care of the celebrities are more "Yes" people and can not see what really goes on with them in real life. The don't want to accept the fact that some of them party way too much.

I would have to say it's the people who care about the celebrities, because there are so many more of them, and they make the celebrities feel like people care about what they do or say. Just sing, or act, or whatever, but please just shut up. I don't care what your politics are, and what you say has absolutely no effect on the way I feel about issues.

If people didn't idolize them, they wouldn't be celebrities. I don't know why it isn't possible, for so many people, to simply enjoy the performance of a singer, actor, or other artist without becoming obsessed by them. I have attended and enjoyed many concerts and movies, but have never written a single letter to any celebrity or attempted to invade their private life. I enjoy their performance but consider their private lives should be just that.

Um... you can't just say celebrities are bad people. You get your annoying Attention defiency celebrities like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and Britney Spears. But there are A LOT of other celebrities who take their fame and do good, like Angelina Jolie, and if I kept up with that stuff I would be able to name more. But I think if you have to look to Paris Hilton for an idol, I feel sorry for you. She is making money off stupid people like that.

well..... because its a natural human tendency to love gossip and all things out of our reach and personal gain, we can't be to blame for caring about celebrities! The celebrities show off everything they have just because they have too much, and some lead intrinsically immoral lives.
