Sorry if this is kind of random, but I'm out of ideas on how to wear my hair and make up tomorrow, the same old side part is getting old and boring! If this helps, I have past the shoulder brown hair and bright blue eyes!

Straighten your hair and leave it down with a big, plastic headband and bangs in the front over the headband. Apply black eyeliner and smudge it JUST a little so it looks a bit sexy. Don't put eyeshadow; the eyeliner is enough. A soft and sheer lipgloss would look sexy.
If you don't have bangs, keep the headband and scrunch your hair with lots of scrunching hairspray and moose. Good luck.

ok. straighten your hair and wear a cute wide headband. wear medium brownish eyeshadow, and some mascera. you don't need a lot of makeup to look pretty, and brown eyeshadow goes with blue eyes. and wear a sheer or clear lip gloss, and for something original, paint your nails with a bright color or somthing.

you could wear your hair half up or in a high pony tail with your bangs down.

it depends on what you gonna wear dear....what color would be your top...always depend but of what you discribed, i think you need not to wear make up anymore.
