You get a garter snake to eat it or you stuff it inside a pinky mouse so the snake doesn't know it is there. That is the only way. Corn snakes don't eat fish. They are NOT generally found in wet areas in the wild. We know what we are talking about. How many people have to tell you that it isn't going to work before you believe us? That is like trying to make a cat eat an apple or trying to make a rabbit eat a fish. It isn't going to happen. It WILL starve first before it willingly eats a fish.

Corn snakes, aka red ratsnakes, don't naturally eat fish, they eat rodents, birds, and when they're little, lizards and some insects. Try feeding it the correct type of food, and it will most likely eat. Instinct does not tell these animals to eat fish, so they won't, they're naturally arboreal (tree dwelling), so when would they get a chance to eat fish?
Edited to add........
What? You're gonna thumbs down everyone who tries to tell you what your corn snake will eat? Starve him then, see if I care, he won't willingly eat a fish. You can -try- scenting it with a mouse, but no guarantees it will work. Next time you get a pet, you might want to do some research on what it eats before you buy it.

Corn snakes are rodent feeders. As juveniles, they require baby or pinky mice. Corn snakes are usually strong, avid feeders and should be fed every 7-14 days. Adults will readily accept full-grown mice or small rats. I don't know who told you to feed your snake fish but I've never fed any of my reptiles feeder fish. Always crickets or mice. Good luck.

I've never fed my snake fish, and I've never heard of that either. Why not just stick to mice?

Why isn’t my animal eating?
This is a common problem with new animals. They are just getting use to a new place and are under too much stress to hunt down prey. Keep them dark and leave them alone so they can get used to their new surroundings
It'll eat when it gets hungry (you can tell because he'll start "hunting" in his tank - rather than just laying around
