Because they are actually comfortable if you get the right kind. Also, there are no panty lines and you don't have to worry about your underwear showing when you wear lowrise jeans. Overall, you just feel sexy!

Thongs? The main reason is because panty lines sometimes show through certain fabrics of skirts, pants or shorts. Having a big triangle on your butt is not always the most flattering. Sometimes it makes you look like you have 2 butts. Thongs minimize the lines and it also gives you that sexy 'barely there' factor.
I don't believe anyone below the age of 18... MAYBE 16... should wear these things.

Well....they dont show the panty lines when you wear tight pants. If you are 12, then don't wear them. Wear what is comfortable.

Because it looks good, it is comfortable and its nice especially when you wear a nice dress! Try it maybe you will like it also

I don't know because they aren't comfortable at all. Why people wear them is a mystery to me. Whenever my underwear goes up my crack I try to get it out!

beacuse when girls wear tight pants there underwear line shows when wearing normal underwear
but with a thong there is no underwear lines

maybe it makes them feel sexy to have a thin string up their a*s
or maybe they like their buttcheeks to be showing
