Not as long as America has Kevin Costner. Didn't you see Waterworld? Probably not. I think only about 14 people did.

America will be less devastated than much of the rest of the world.
IF it were to happen, much of Florida and some large coastal cities would be greatly effected.
Beaches on the other hand would move inland with the surf so there would be NEW beach property. (Sand has a habit of piling up where the surf deposits it.)

Just think of all the new construction jobs!
As long as the changes are slow enough, we will complain a lot, then get busy and make money!

No, just the coastal areas. They're going to depopulate with biological and nuclear weapons to get the world population to around 2 billion, maybe less.
