I have just read that she will be visiting my town soon, and I have never hear'd of her, and after briefly searching can only find one from years ago that is long dead.

The Duchess of Gloucester (Birgitte Eva Windsor), is a member of the British Royal Family, the wife of Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, a grandchild of George V.
I've never heard of her, and I don't recognise her from the photograph, it would seem she isn't a very well known Royal.

The 'Duchess of Gloucester' is married to the 'Duke of Gloucester',who was blinded(had his eyes poked out!),
which lead to retribution against the couple who did that to him,'Regan & her husband'.They go on trial, in 'London' in summer.
The 'Duchess of Gloucester' will probably be travelling alone.
It's possible that her son,Edgar,may accompany her.She loves visiting hospitals.Her last public appearance was near to 'Dover'.
