If you feel like you want to then yeah, there's nothing bad about it. I have a punk/surfer style. Be prepared for people looking at you in a weird way and asking you if you are goth. That's what happens to me, I HATE IT!

Judging by the way your avatar looks I don't think you should go to punk. The new style is sort of punk rockish, but your not supposed to get into it. Like you can wear a couple of chains on you pants, but don't over due it.

If you're asking to be a style, no, then it's not your own style. Try not choosing a style and just go with what happens, and everything you like, you will have!

What are you now?... I wouldn't punk isn't a trendy or stylish at all. The clothes you wear ... sometimes define who you are in some people's eyes (first impression).
Punk to me represents: i hate my life, authority sucks, may darkness rain, who cares what you think!, whatever. If that's you well ... i'm sorry.. but that isn't a great aspect of life.

If you think it works better for you and you feel more comfortable in that style, then go for it!
