In my state and city, the projects are overwhelmingly white. In fact...in the majority of states those living in the projects are whites.
So where is doggnati...getting his info from?!

Two, Ebonics is not Black culture. For something to be a cultural trait, it has to be something the majority of a particular group say or do. But I'm not surprised someone would write that...especially when considering the source: white racists.
