i HAVE A OLD HOUSE THAT HAS NOT GOT FUSES BUT BRECKERS -THEY KEEP TRIPPING, LAST YEAR THEY WAS TOO-WE FOUND THAT THE GUY NEXT DOOR KEEP TAPPING WITH A STICK ON THE DOOR WHEN IT RAINS AND THE RAIN WATER GETS IN THERE WE NEED A BOX WITH ALOCKING DOOR, WE CAN NOT CATCH HIM AT IT:

Sorry to tell you this, but if you are asking this question, you should really be hiring an electrician. This is NOT a job for someone with no experience.

I would get a professional to do it. If you get on the hot side of the box, there is no protection except the fuse on the power pole, and it won't be a pretty sight.

While you're at it, have the electrician install the breaker panel on the inside, and then you don't have to worry about it.

If it's not too old you could buy replacement breakers. Match the model exactly including the wattage for each breaker. Shut off the main breaker to the box, pull out the old breaker, put the wires in the new one and replace it. It's not hard, but VERY DANGEROUS if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
PLEASE get an electrician to do this!

Save yourself and your house! Get an electrician before something disastrous happens. This is definitely not a do-it-yourself job!

hire an electrician and get a dog the electrician will fix the electrical and the dog will fix the neigbor.

please do urself a favor and get an electrician. It may cost a little more but u will b around to enjoy ur house and ur neighbors face when he sees the new locked breaker box.
