Douching does not "tighten" you up. Try Kegels.

Er. No. That is not what douching is for. Whoever told you that was SERIOUSLY misinformed. To douche is to cleanse, and should only be used very occasionally. Douching removes everything, both good and bad bacteria. Removing the good bacteria leaves your body open to infection.

If you want to tighten up, you do kegel exercises. That muscle is the muscle that you use to stop you from urinating during mid-stream.

DOUCHING IS MEANT TO CLEAN THE VAGINAL AREA, NOT TIGHTEN. YOUR VAGINAL MUSCLES WILL GO BACK TO THERE FORM WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
BUT SKIP THE DOUCHE, THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND CAN CAUSE INFECTIONS.THERE ARE GOOD BACTERIA THAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO STOP INFECTION. SO CLEAN WITH A NON DEODRANT SOAP IF YOU NEED TO CLEAN, I USE BABY SHAMPOO, IT DOESN'T HAVE MUCH IN IT SO YOU WON'T CHANGE THE PH LEVELS IN YOUR VAGINA

Good answers here.

Plus, douching is not healthy for your vagina. Your vagina cleans itself. Please see the article in wikipedia for more information.
