Psp Internet Help?

On my PSP the internet wont work! It keeps saying:

Communication with the server failed A DNS error has occurred.

I went on the psp site but it didn't help.... Anyone else having issues?

In addition to what the last guy said, do the following

1. Make sure you are in a hotspot
2. YOU MUST HAVE THE WEP KEY IF YOU ARE IN A PROTECTED NETWORK. 99.9% of the time, people don't enter the network password key so of course you can't connect

Make sure that the wireless switch is enabled on the psp, and that you have access to a wireless internet connection.
