When it or they are no longer healthy for you. I wish people would not cling to people or habits that are basically killing them. I'm pointing the finger at myself on that one too.

I think the time has already come for you hun and you just want reassurance from someone other that you are doing the right thing... there is never a right time to walk away or stay... you can only answer in your heart and soul... God bless you hun... move on and leave as friends... i stick to the old motto.... better to have loved and lost than to remain attached to a lunatic the rest of your life !!! lol

when there is no more respect. I walked away from a relationship with no respect and no trust. My only regret is not walking away sooner. People don't change and life is too short. there is plenty of fish in the sea. One can only take so much, and anyone can lie to themselves about things getting better but you have to ask yourself: Is it love, lust or am i just used to being with someone. Be true to yourself.!!!!

I think if you are asking yourself that question you already know the answer. The time to go is immediately as you start to question your intuition about these things. Trust yourself, not anyone who tries to persuade you otherwise!
