The period P of a pendulum is the time it takes for it to swing from one extreme to the other and back to its starting point again. The value of P is given by P=k*(square root of L/G), where L is the length of the pendulum, G is the acceleration due to gravity, and k is a constant. Find the constant if P=6, L=12, and G=32.

k = (p)/sqrt(l/g)
= 6/sqrt(12/32)
= 6*sqrt(32/12)
= 6*sqrt(8/3)
= 12sqrt(2/3)

A sq. is a 4 sided shape the place all the facets have equivalent length L. we are instructed the pillow is sq. and the facric may be the front of the pillow. we could anticipate the pillow is amazingly almost flat. The formulation for the part of a sq. with facets having length L is A = L X L. it incredibly is L situations L that is written L^2 (L squared). we are instructed the section A of the textile is A = 729 = L x L or L= sqrt(729) = 27 because of the fact 27 x 27 = 729. 5 is the sqrt (25) because of the fact 5 x 5 = 25. 6 x 6 =36 so 6 = sqrt(36)

So start by squaring both sides to get 36=k^2*(12/32)
(8/3)*36=k^2 or k^2=96 and k=sqrt(96).
