Please go to a chiropractor or look online for a Bowen Therapy center. During pregnancy, your body is moving and changing around alot. Your body is producing hormones that loosen your joints and ligaments to prepare you for birth, but sometimes that can lead to things getting mis-aligned and lots of pain!

I had a horrible attack of food poisoning during my pregnancy last time, and had to go to the hospital overnight. I was puking so much and so hard, I actually sort of pulled a muscle or had a muscle spasm the next day. It hurt to even breathe! I called around and found a Bowen therapist who could see me right away. They do very specific massage and pulling your arms across your chest and get everything back into alignment. It doesn't hurt. It's very gentle.

Try it! Hope you will feel better!

I feel you!! I too have had back ache and tailbone pains for weeks now. I mentioned it to my dr but she didn't seemed concerned. I just think its the way your body is getting ready for having a baby. Try a heating pad for about 10-15 minutes. That really seemed to help me!! Good luck!

OMG Kidney infection. Take your temperature. I had this right before I delivered (a few weeks.) I was in pain in a recliner for two days I couldn't walk. Tell your doctor if you do have a fever and get some antibiotics.
