Quite frankly, I couldn't care less. You have a bunch of greedy bastards treating a 6-month-old baby like she was a sack of monkey that fell of a Brinks armored car.
As for Howard K. Stern, Esq., I think his career is done. He will never have any credibility with any client or any court ever again. Attention Mr. Stern: it is 14:59...your 15 minutes of fame are almost up.

I think every one wanted to claim to be the father because of the potential and *rare* possibility that the baby will get some money from the court case anna Nicole was so greedily after from her late husband Mr Marshall. However, I still firmly believe that Larry Birkhead is a much better choice for raising that baby than Howard K Stern. He seems more family oriented and devoted to being a dad, esp since as a viewer we saw him claim the baby from day one, even when most doubted him. I think as a natural father that he will do his best to take care of his child regardless if she stands to inherit any money or not. Whereas Howard was solely involved for gain. Anna Nicole knew what she was doing from day one, and I really don’t think she herself deserved any money from Mr Marshall than what she got already. She lied, cheated, used her body by any means necessary, and then ran as quickly as she could to the Bahamas so she wouldn't face the responsibility of her actions, and only Larry Birkhead stood up and challenged what she did. For that I give him credit. I think she and Howard planned everything in detail months in advance and I am glad now that every one can see just how devious this woman and Howard are. Maybe Howard even used drugs over Anna to control her and make her submit to his decisions.
Howard K stern looks defeated and worn out. I think he didn't want to fight any more because maybe he realizes that a baby is hard work. Look at the huge bags under his eyes. Those bags are from stress and sleep less nights. I also think he is grieving for the money that he could have had from keeping the baby and yet happy that he is rid of her still. Vergie is a next one who may have ulterior motives for wanting to be in that child life. However that is a completely different topic.

Can't say I'm surprised. . I knew it was larry birkhead as soon as I saw the baby and the way Anna nicole and Howard Stern handled things. I'm relieved Larry Birkhead is the father and he is seeking custody and I hope he gets full custody. I don't think Smiths mom should be filing for her own custody at all. The baby should be with her father not her grandmother because its not as if she doesn't have a father. And I think people are being way too harsh on howard stern. I blame the media for hyping up these conjectures that links him to Daniel and Anna nicole's deaths. I feel sorry for the little girl. . . i feel like shes going to to turn into one of those Paris hilton/nicole richie/lindsey lohan type girls.

I'm glad that poor child may finally have one constant thing in her life. I think that with Larry now being proven the father, Dannielynn can have stability in her life. I don't think Howard could have ever been capable of raising that child with the love and nutruring all babies need. I think with Larry being surrounded by his family during the hearing yesterday, says alot for his character as well as the family bond. I just want Dannielynn to have a "normal" life, (as normal as you can being A.N.S. daughter), not have to be the rope in this virtual tug of war.
I do think Howard having stated he "will remain in the Bahamas" says alot for his character as well. I think it just goes to show he would rather run away and hide than come back to the ridicule he would face here in the U.S. Once a coward, always a coward.

Yes, according to all the news, Yes. I absolutely believe and happy for Larry Birkhead. Sad for Stern but he wasn't supposed to say he was the father and confident base on the timing of the birth of the baby. Afterall, the real result revealed and i am very happy for both (biological) the daughter and the father.

I've always thought that the the kid looked like Larry Birkhead. I'm worried for Larry Birkhead now, he may end up dead somewhere...Howard K. Stern is a pretty creepy guy.

I figured he probably was since he asked Anna for Dannielynn's DNA right after she was born. Anna refused so I think she knew Larry was the father. That man fought a good fight for his daughter.

I think that was evident from the way they secluded the baby from the start. Unfortunately, Howard loves her baby too, even if he isn't the bio father.
I know Birkhead will be ecstatic. It's great that he finally knows the truth! I hope they can work this out in the end, for the babies sake.

I'm happy that this part of the story is over. Now, I want to know if he's going to screw up his daughter's inheritance.
