Practice, beef up, and practice.

Gaining weight is really important.

If you are attending a major university it would help, and if your not I suggest transfering to a football school. It's doubtful that you are tall enough to play quarterback, but CB and WR are in the cards, if you have speed.

First things first you need to make sure you can get into the collegiate level and play. You must be quick and fast with great lateral movement and if you don't have alot of those characteristics then you can also get a trainer who will help you with speed.

Next you must be strong, but don't worry strength will not come naturally. You have to be in the weight room consistently, while also eating an immense amount of food making sure to still maintain a fit physique and also keeping your speed in the process. Get on a good weight plan and you should see some improvement.

The biggest thing in my opinion is all mental. You need the heart to compete, and always being hungry for that competition. You always have to be ready when you step on that field for whatever is thrown at you. You also have to have no fear, whether its going up for a pass while taking a big hit, or running for that extra yardage, or making the big hit no matter how bad it hurts. You have to have no fear and all heart when you step on that field.

Good luck in your future if you decide to join football in America and I hope to hear about you in the future. Hope i was of some help.

Kid, you need to munch down. NFL Teams wont even look at you unless you weigh more than 180 and can bench at least double that. Also, Football in Canada is nothing like it is in America. You should focus on at LEAST making a Division 2 American School, but you should really be at a Division 1 School to have better chances of making it here. If you can do that, you need to be far and away the best player on your team, and probably the whole conference, because only a handful of Div. 2 players get invited to the Combine, and if you want a good chance of making it in the NFL, you NEED to be invited to the Combine. If you get invited to the Combine, your chances are pretty good at making the NFL. But, you need to first focus on getting a scholarship into a College.

As a Cornerback and WR, you should be getting no less than a 4.4 on your 40 yard dashes. But at that size, anything less than a 4.3 is unacceptable if youre hoping to go pro.

Its going to be really tough, but good luck kid. Youll need it.

Sadly, it is most likely that you will not be able to join the NFL. Because of your weight and location, there is a very poor chance of you being noticed by an American Division 1 Athletic school. Also, despite the fact that you may have talent in a few areas of the game, it is best if you know what you are best at and stick to it. You absolutely must have played High school ball, there are very few exceptions. You should know, being a senior in high school, if any major colleges in the U.S. are interested in having you play ball for them, if you've received a massive collection of varsity letters for specifically the sport of football you may have a slight chance of being accepted into a big name college. If you are one of the best of the best then you will have your chance, but in today's evolved and highly publicized form of the game, you need to sincerely be a TOP ATHLETE.

For those positions size and strength aren't as important, but you'll need to be very very fast. For the 40 yard dash you'll need to be able to run in the 4.3 - 4.5 range. Also it depends what college your going to. NFL scouts usully look more at NCAA division 1-A than any where else

You have to practice as much as you can on your speed, agility, and make big plays when their need on the field. If you can make big plays in college, you can make even bigger plays in the NFL. You have to step up to challenges as if the game depends solely on you. If you can get your mind set to do what has to be done to win, then you can be one of the greatest players in College and in the NFL. for more inspiration look at Casey Hampton.

first you have to be really good then i guess you have to get noticed by a scout or i think sometimes they have open tryouts where almost any1 can join, it prob. would be better if you went to a american college team that is good
