my colleaque at work, i really love him, but the problem his, am 1year older than him. wat can I do? I dont know if he like me, but he is always talking to me. I need Help

Okay ... so first the problem is you love your co-worker however you are 1 year older than he and don't know what you can do? Honey, a year in age is not going to make that big of a difference. If he likes you ... that won't matter at all. The second problem being you don't know if he likes you, but he's always talking to you. Because he talks to you often doesn't neccesarily mean that he likes you in that way. Maybe you can bring up going out to dinner or happy hour or a movie or something one night with him and see how he responds ... just be nonchalant about it ... "Oh, you knwo what Ted, I was thinking about going to check out that new Grindhouse movie tomorrow night. Wanna come with?" You'll be able to tell by his reaction if 1)He wants to go with you but can't, 2) Isn't even interested at all or 3)If he does go with you, you'll have a better chance to feel him out outside of the workplace ... you can tell by how he treats you if he's interested or not. Age shouldn't matter that much, it is only a small difference. Why not ask him out on a date, get to know him better and see how he feels about you.

who cares about age? if u both dont care, then nothing else matters. if he likes you, the go out! i'm not sure about work tho
