The choice my friend is all up to you, you make the decisions in your own mind of every single thing that you do even if you are not aware of it! You have the ability to to anything or the ability to stop yourself from doing anything. Trust me I stopped myself from being a drunk and became a better person on my own no meetings, I also quit smoking on my own it is in your head the decision is yours!
