Vitamin E OIL is best.....especially if you have dry skin. You can find it in a bottle or in caplets that you can pierce with a pin. It works wonders on scars......and I know this from personal experience.
I used it on a really bad & noticeable scar I had across the bridge of my nose (from a freak accident with a car door) & to this day you can't even see it unless you get 2 inches from my face.

I have just started using a new product called iq derma, I have very oily skin, and this has been magic for me. I got it on line, and it is pretty spendy, I think you might be able to get a sample to try for pretty cheap, it is called clear remedy. There is a cream you apply as the last step, that is really thick, and I thought for sure it would make me look like an oil slick, but to my amazement, it keeps my skin hydrated, not oily. I can go without makeup, which I have never done before, because of the oil. I also have red spots and it is evening out my skin and the redness is not so noticeable.

Try Superdrug Vitamin E skin oil. It's a genius product and only costs less than 2 pounds.
It works really good on dry skin and scars etc. If your skin's quite oily then just dab it on the areas you need it with a cotton bud.
Hope this helps x

using a good facial soap/scrub helps exfoliate those blemishes. there are soaps that can specifically get rid of scars. you can also use bleaching cream, but since u said ur skin is sensitive u might not want to.
vitamin E usually comes as an oil, so u don't wanna put that on ur face.
look at the Palmer's brand. u can get it at Wal-Mart and other places like that.

I have a bunch of old scars I am clearing up. I use the capsules, just pop them open. I also found a bottle of Vitamin E oil at Wal-Mart by Spring Valley. It is not as messy and the smell is better. My scars are clearing up nicely. I just smear it on a few times a day.

I'd recommend vitamin E lotion.
What really works is Retin-A or a similar prescription cream. Go to a dermatologist and ask which formula would suit you best. Retin-A and it's "cousins" promote exfoliation and stimulate collagen production.
Always wear sunscreen - it will prevent the spots from getting darker.

Bio Oil is the best oil for scars, uneven skin tone and spots. It is supposed to work very well, i use it but I don't have any scars. It is packed with aromatherapy oils in it so it shouldn't make you break out.
