Considering that Al Sharpton himself IS racist and a bigot, my answer is YES. He's marched in parades alongside people holding up signs proclaiming "WHITE MAN IS THE DEVIL", and he actually incited a riot against Jews in NYC.

Just Google "Al Sharpton anti-Semitic, and you'll get hundreds of article chronicling his hate.

Of course they do. How else would the maintain their fame and fortune if not by calling racism whether it exist or not.

I am not saying that racism is good. In fact, in an intelligent society we would eliminate racism as well as all problems. The problem is that too many in our current society aren't educated. Unfortunately this includes those who claim racism at the drop of hat. This very action fuels these negative sentiments.

I beleive that the recent comments made by Imus were ignorant, stupid, and intolerant. However, it is the idiot behind the microphone that scares me. Its the people who demand to take away this idiots right to express himself/herself. In other words they are attempting to take away the individuals freedom of speech.

This was attempted (somewhat successfully) about sixty years ago. For those of you who are somewhat lax in your history lessons. Hitler removed free speech and freedom of expression as well as religion.

Remember its not the popular or politically correct views that need to be protected by the freedom of speech, but all views. Again I do not....repeat... do not in anyway, shape, or form agree with a racist, dolt like Imus. However, he as well as everyone else needs to be able to express his/her view. If Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton or anyone disagrees or finds the views offensive. Then they need to express their views.

they would not have jobs and get paid if they didn't try to find things to blame white people on.so of course they try there best to find things .such as the Confederate flag which is NOT a racist flag.i fly it out of respect for my people fighting for there country which was to be a country of individual states rights and a real constitution, the Yankees had slaves at the time of that war also.
But they have rights to free speech as all of us do and i support all peoples Rights
there are still injustices going on in this country and i applaud them for there true efforts ,not made up ones.
but when my wife and i went to hear Jackson talk once, ALL he talked about was the whites used to do this and whites used to do that to us.what about what my people did for blacks what about the sacrifices MY people did for the black cause,99% of whites i believe are for blacks getting ahead ,but they don't seem to recognize those who are for them.only the few who are against them are mentioned by them they should thank the whites for what they have done for them.and not be being labeled racist when i am not and my people have never been .

Yup, i think of so, partly because of the fact they themselves are offensively racist - and partly because of the fact as an instant result, they then DO gasoline racism in others - who experience like they are being taken care of as 2nd class voters on the price of a few minorities marketing campaign. ? i chanced in this particularly a thought upsetting posting it sluggish returned, it advantages thought. you're saying that whites commit a large number of violence against black foilks, so why are the ghettos the main deadly places to stay. you have the United ***** college Fund. you have Martin Luther King Day. you have Black history Month. you have Cesar Chavez Day. you have Yom Hashoah you have Ma'uled Al-Nabi you have the NAACP. you have guess. If we had moist (white entertainment television) we'd be racists. If we had a White delight Day you will possibly call us racists. If we had white history month, we'd be racists. Blacks are allowed in omit united statesa....yet they nevertheless have omit Black united statesa.. If we had omit White united statesa., we'd be racists. If we had an corporation for only whites to "improve" our lives, we'd be racists. If we had a school fund that only gave white pupils scholarships, you understand we'd be racists. in the Million guy March, you believed which you have been marching on your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you will possibly call us racists. you're proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you at the instant are not afraid to announce it. yet as quickly as we announce our white delight, you call us racists. You rob us, motor vehicle-jack us, and shoot at us. yet, whilst a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-broker working from the regulation and posing a large gamble to society, you call him a racist. yet, you call us a racists. Why is it that only whites may well be racists? Mark

Jesse would lose money if there were no racism, so you know he doesn't want to see it die. Sad, but true.

No, America does by asking on job and other types of applications, "What race are you?"

For some strange reason, America always has to classify you by your race, instead of just asking whether we are American or not.
