Yes I heard that one. Sadly, when the punch line was delivered, I found the joke was on us.

Makes for a good joke if it wasn't quite so serious. You all voted him in twice, you got what you asked for, a war against shadows with a President calling anyone who dares oppose him, unpatriotic or worse. The real joke here is that there is no punchline and for all the people giving me the thumbs down for my response, would you have bought into the invasion if you'd known then what you know now? Especially since all those troops and billions of dollars could have ensured that Bin Laden would have been hunted 24/7 and more than likely been captured by now. Not to mention, the entire world was behind the US after 9-11. Greatest President ever some of you ask? Biggest mass murderer in US history is still free, a few hundred more million enemies because of the invasion of Iraq. Keep up the good work George.

Just like the one where a President liberated a country from a Dictator, and helped them to establish a democracy instead of their tyrant dictator, and went into the country because the Previous president was too much of a Pansie to do anything about it, even though Saddam was violating 17 resolutions that he committed to keeping, and that other countries (France, Germany, Russia) didn't go in because they were getting massive amounts of Money from the Iraqi's and took money over doing what they'd committed to do and then blamed the Americans for going in there for money.

And I'll take National Security over winning the European Liberal popularity contest anyday.

No, but I did hear the one where a president was elected because the Republican voters were wearing blinders.
I think those voters have opened their eyes, now.
Let's see how the next elections go.
This is a democracy, let's see if there are still blinded voters, or informed citizens.
I say write in Larry the Cable Guy for president.
At least he's funny without being dangerous.
