Some computers come with Video out connections, RCA, Svideo or even HD. If yours does not then you will have to purchase a video device that will allow you to do it. Check out tiger direct and see if they have a device in your price range.

Simply connect your TV to your video card using the appropriate cable. If your computer has VGA out, and your TV has VGA in... you just need a VGA cable. Simple! It is no different to attaching the monitor I assume you already have. Remember that TVs have a much lower resolution than computer monitors.
