You can either take it to a tailor or fix it yourself--I've done it before and its very simple. You can get all the stuff you need from Joanne's, Michael's, etc.

A good tailor or seamstress will be able to replace the zipper w/ a new one. Some dry cleaners offer sewing services too.

maybe you can bend the hook on th zipper a bit higher and slip the silver thing on or you can just use the zipper thingy with your finger you get what i mean?

The handle came off, or the zippy "Y" thing that joins and separates the two halves? The 'Y' thingy can be worked back on, and then you should -gently- close it a bit more to keep it on. But it you can, it'd be better to go to where it was purchased and exchange it for another. Good luck.

put it in your mouth your teeth realy helps this happened to me and my freind told me to bite the zipper to hold it in place and squeeze it colsed and first put it under a fire so it is warm enough to bend
