Unprotected sex can always led to a pregnancy.

It should be pretty good, or as good as anyone elses with the information that you gave. People usually ovulate around day 14 of a 28 day cycle. Day 1 being the first day of your period. So it is possible since an egg can stick around for about 24 hours and a sperm can hang out for 2-5 days (more likely 2 though).
www.babyzone.com has a good ovulation calendar that will give you a detailed look at when you will probably ovulate.

There are far, far, far too many factors involved to say whether or not you will have an easy time conceiving or not. *Assuming* you are in good health, that you ovulate regularly, that you ovulate in the middle of your cycle, and that the man's sperm is healthy, I would guess that your chances are good. But "easy"? Even with everything "right," your chances are just that, chances. If you are trying to conceive, I would recommend tracking your ovulation signals and having LOTS of sex during your fertile time just to give yourself the best odds.
Good luck.

It's about 20-25%.

Conceiving is a complicated thing and many things can go wrong. That is why it is considered normal for it to take up to a year for two completely healthy people to get pregnant.

Theoretically, that should be your most fertile time. If your system is functioning properly, then you should be within the time frame for conception. I don't know what the actual probability would be but it should be good.
