0.31 x 360 = 111.6

0.20 x 360 = 72

If you have a percent change it to decimal.

"Of" = multiply

20% of 360= 72

Multiply 360 x .31 or 360 x 31/100
Multiply 360 x . 20 or 360 x 1/5

any number divided by 100 = 1%
therefore
360/100x31 gives 31% of 360 =111.6
and 360/100x20 gives 20% of 360 =72
