Okay, it was tough to do, but I deleted both elder clones of this question, everything should be fine now... hmm... probably not worth prattling on about, but I've said it now...

I've read the Northern Lights, Subtle Knife and Amber Spyglass series by Philip Pullman at least four times
Anything by Terry Pratchett, Tom Holt or Paulo Coelho
And could definetly read Vurt by Jeff Noon over and over
The main reasons for these choices are that some of them are light and funny, good for a bad day or a distraction from a hectic one
Some of the books are quiet complex and so re-reading only goes to enhance your understanding of what you had read previously
And the Northern Lights triology is just amazing as anything

The only books I've read more than once are Great Expectations (which I try to read once a year), Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire (IMHO the best of the series)/& The Order Of The Phoenix (second best in the series), Lucky Man (I love Michael J. Fox), IT, Tuesdays With Morrie, The Calvin & Hobbes books, The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe and The Magician's Nephew.
I've read goodness knows how many other books but only ever once.

Although it's only been around a short while, I've read 'The Savage Garden' by Mark Mills twice; it's just so well written and the storyline intriguing. It doesn't matter that you know the outcome; it's all about feeling part of the story itself. Similarly 'Clouds Are Always White On Top' by Nolan Lewis.

Wow, a lot of books actually...
"The Partner" by John Grisham, that was an awesome book and just had a very interesting twist at the end...worth reading if you're into that genre of books
"If tomorrow comes" by Sidney Shieldon, that was a really good book too
"Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Brontë
"Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen
Plenty of other books, I virtually read every single book twice since I usually pick some really good books from the first time. I enjoy reading them again but at a later date and just discuss it if any of my other friends have gotten the chance to read it.
**Afterthought**
How could I possibly forget?!? Of course!!!!! Any Agatha Christie book!! I love her books! they're extremely entertaining and leaves you guessing up until the last page! Talk about a page turner! hehe
