Well, typically speaking Gemini tends to be more spastic and unbalanced whereas Cancer is more mellow and stable, but they can get on each others nerves easily from personal experience! It can work if they want it to though, one of my best friends is a Gemini and we're good for each other. :D But of course there's always the personality aspects not related to your sign that makes the final decision of whether or not it works.

No! I have siblings that are Geminis and they drive me (a Cancer) crazy. love them but I can only take a little of them at a time. I couldn't imagine being in a relationship with someone so unstable.
