If you like "Celebrity biography's" Goldie Hawn's "A Lotus Grows In The Mud" will have you laughing, crying, and just flat-out falling in love with this woman's heart!! This book was very well written!! And so intrigueing I couldn't put it down for anything, until I had to do other things of course, but I looked so forward to reading more, each day, I saw it lying on my bed.. Excellent Book!! Two Thumbs way up, from me!! Smile!!!

It depends what you are looking for - content or fluff.

If you want fluff, anything by Ann Coulter or Al Franken depending on your political philosophy

If you actually want to learn something, I recommend one of the following:
Common Sense by Thomas Paine
The Federalist Papers by Alexander Hamilton
Democracy in America by Alexis de Tocqueville
Civil Disobedience by Henry David Thoreau
Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes
On Liberty by John Stuart Mill
