Practice Practice Practice!!
Practice infront of people and ask for feedback on what you are doing well and what needs to be better.
When I get nervous i squeeze my hands together really tight and then let go and shake out all the nerves (it sounds really corny but I think it works!)
Go into your try out with full confidence even if you are nervous dont let it show! Good Luck

Well I answered your other question and I hope this helps just as much as the last one did.

Start off by pratcicing alone in a room or in front of a mirror until you are completely comfortable with the material you are practicing them go up to your most trusted freind or family member and if they give advice like "Be more stiff with your motions" or something like that dont let that bother you because remember they are helping you. After you feel comfortable with that one person move up to a small group of people and stay with that goup until you feel comfortable in front of them then add and take away people from the group so its not always the same people who are watching you. If this doesnt work then keep doing it until you feel less shy. If you are allowed, I would also bring like 2 or 3 of the people that you practiced in front of to tryouts with you so they can make you feel better just knowing they are there. You can also use these practice times practicing your smile and by the time tryouts comes your smile will be more confident as well and your ablility to perform in front of people.

Again GOOD LUCK!

You'll probably be nervous no matter what, but to control it practice in front of the mirror. When you go into tryouts, try and imagine your the only one in the room. Trying out in front of your friends and family works too. Good luck!!
