I am, and I don't think it was ever about the money...I just hope that nothing happens to her before he gets to take her out of the Bahamas...what do you think?

I have been saying that every since they first wanted to start the paternity tests and since Anna's death that Larry was the father. Howard is a very controlling man who tried to control all of Anna's moves, what she said, and done so I'm glad he's not the father. Howard was trying to hold on to Anna and DannieLynn for all of his attorney payments to be paid, so I'd say it was about money for him because Anna never paid him for teen years that he was her lawyer. She let the bills stack up because he secretly liked her and because she could afford it no matter how much it was.
In Larry's case, it was never about money because he was always trying to change Anna for the better and after she died, he was always thinking of getting his daughter out of Howard's custody. Virgie tried to climb on his shoulders and tried to get DannieLynn if neither of them was the father but she was only after money - Larry was always out trying to get DannieLynn. I just hope he doesn't have Virgie around her because she'll be borrowing money from DannieLynn until the poor baby has no more money.
I hope nothing happens to her either before she can be with her real dad; after all that has been happening up around her she deserves happiness and a better life than her mother and her brother.

Larry already stated that he just wants the baby that he will never go after any money support from Anna's wealth or past to support the child that he will do it all on his own.
A daughter couldn't be more proud of the fight he put up for her. The baby is going to have a fanatastic life full of love.

Yeah, Howard K. Stern seemed like a skeez. Honestly I find both Annas death and her sons death to be suspicious. I think sleaze bage Howard murdered them both. The most important thing is that the baby has a loving family to care for her.

I'm glad that at least that's settled but there's going to be more endless lawsuits between anna's mom, howard and larry about anna's estate.

YES!!! IMHO, Howard K. Stern is responsible for Daniel & Anna's deaths. Glad to see the baby go to someone who will take care of her. He looks extremely excited to have her.

Yes, to me Birkhead seems more trusting than Stern. Something I don't really like about Stern.
