For a 14 year old, you have an amazing sense of being. You should be proud of your ability to see past the smokescreen of hate and bigotry to find the person within, and the greater ability to be nonjudgemental about a person because of thier race, sex, sexual orientation or disability. Don't lose that ability as you grow older for it will be a mark of distinction that will set you above your peers. If more people were accepting rather than discriminating, the world would have fewer problems and the size of those problems would be smaller and easier to manage. Thanks for being you!

There is so much adversity towards people of my preference because those who basically lead their lives by their hard-drilled religion of belief believe that we are naturally transcribed as "evil" because we have no purpose in in world as far as its well being and growth goes. In the Christian belief (I'll use this because I know more about it) the descendants of Ismael and Noah were said to go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. This is why many Christians believe that since homosexual individuals cannot produce children with sexual acts, we are doing nothing but tainting the name and promise of God and therefore are unclean and sinful. However, I have also heard of the Christian dogmatic phrase "Aid in the glory of thy brother", which doesn't necessarily outline whether that brother is a homosexual or not. Ergo, applying this to reproduction, if someone is unable to have a family, we should help them. If that is evil, then the act of being a surrogate mother is also, in all fairness.

Good for you making up your own mind about gays and bisexuals. If more people were like you this world would be a much better place!

Simply because of lack of knowledge. People are always mean to anything that are different and unfamiliar from their own stereotypical notions of what kind a perfect utopia should be.
