I asked the same question last night and got very diverse and interesting answers. I want to post this question again and see more different opinions :)

What do you think creates bad luck? Karma? Do you think that the people around you can create bad luck? Like if you have negative energy all around you, will that create bad luck? Is it all a state of mind? What's your insight on this? Do you think you create your own luck?

I think luck is a matter of attitude. It's all about how you see things.

I don't like the word "luck". I think that if you project good, positive thoughts about what you are doing, the outcome will be the same. Some people think it's stupid, and say things like, "well I tried that, and it didn't work". The problem with that is, yeah, you "tried", maybe once. And you obviously had a negative outlook on it in the first place. If you truly, absolutely, believe that you are on the right path to what you want, even if you don't know what the path is, you can still have great "luck". I feel that if you project the images of what you want and need in life, you will get them. ;)

If that were so then bad people would never have good things happen to them, but they do, all of the time. I guess it depends on what is considered bad and what is considered good. Bad things have happened to me, like when I was in the job market and was turned down by some good employers. But as a final result, I was hired by an employer that was better then all of the rest. But at the time I thought that It was just pure bad luck or 'Karma' that was causing me not to be hired instead of looking at the possibility that maybe something is better in store for me. Negative energy from people can tear you down but only if you are weak and allow for it to happen.

Luck is exactally what it is luck. There is no karma, curse, state of mind etc etc. When you gamble you either win or lose, its just luck. I am not a lucky person in that sense of the word, but I keep trying. However, I am lucky in my life as far as loved ones and family goes.

Most people walk right into their bad luck, and they set up everything that is gunna happen by putting themselves in that situation.

I think it's Karma. People who tend to have bad things happen to them are good at being victims and seem to expect it. Those who don't, tend to be the opposite. It's all a matter of your outlook.
