If a batsman scores a hundred it only counts as a hundred and not as a fifty as well. So in you scenario the batsman has got 23 scores between 50 and 99 and 3 scores of 100 and above.
Hope this helps.

Over 50 less than 100 is a fifty.
Over than 100 is a 100.
When u score more than 100 it ll go down as a 100. It will not be counted for a 50.

No buddy, it depends upon the total score he makes in that inning, like if its between 50 and 100, one fifty will be counted but if he crosses 100, one century would be counted.

NO CENTURY BY A BATSMAN IS NOT COUNTED AS HALF CENTURY. NO, 3 HUNDREDS ARE NOT PART OF HIS 23 FIFTIES. NOT ONLY IN ODI CRICKET THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR ALL FORMS OF CRICKET.
FOR EXAMPLE,
AGARKAR SCORED ONLY ONE HUNDRED IN TEST CRICKET AND NO FIFTIES. HIS SCORECARD SHOWS THAT HE SCORED ONLY ONE HUNDRED AND 0 FIFTIES,NOT ONE FIFTY.

When a batsman score a century it is considered as century only and will not be taken as a half century and a century.
