Person is building a garage and wants to be able to park a large motor home or semi trailer inside. He needs to figure out how high to make the ceiling.

it will fit in a 14 foot door unless you get snow build up in front of it but the ceiling needs to be higher so the door has room when up for all the track,and the lighting if installed,16 ft is probably minimum for inside,most semi trailer will be around 13 ft 4 inches with low profile tires

semi van/box trailers 14' with standard tires this max height per dot/ bit lower with low profile tires/ if loaded heavy same as profile tires/ so probably cheapest to go 16' and is standard size for doors// per motor home about the same just remember to put down all antennas before backing in
