what i mean is why do they actually say "omg" instead of saying "oh my god/gosh"...

its an age of lazy typing.

The one that gets me is responding 'k' instead of 'ok'. I mean, for crying out loud, the 'o' key is RIGHT ABOVE the 'k' key, is it really that hard to type all of 'ok'?

People today are basically lazy and they think it's cool to use abbreviations. But on the basic statement:
As spirit beings we know that the God source is where we came from and like a child we instinctively call upon our parent in times of stress.

maybe they are on IM to much or they are preppy.
I say Oh my gosh alot but not OMG!
I only say OMG on IM
