I am usually not a leader, but sometimes I have been. Those times have been when I had a specific purpose in mind and knew how to go about it, how to express what had to be done, etc. But it also required that I was around people who agreed with my purpose.

confidence, and an ability to inspire the same, vision, carisma (i cant spell wurth u dam) and these days it seems to be a cheesey smile, money and a good speach writer
