Wow, George, that is really a tough question. I've been thinking about it alot as I've been reading and answering other questions. "Are you a boy or a girl?" Nope, offensive to transgenders. "Do you have hands" Nope, offensive to those who don't. And on and on it goes. Maybe the only question on the planet would be "Are you alive". I don't think we have to worry about being offensive to dead people.
Hey, did you check out my 'goat' questions. I finally had to stop 'cause I kept thinking about your donkey questions that got you booted off of here. How many did you ask anyway?

Can't think of a single inoffensive question. No matter what it is, some twit will find it offensive.
Personally, I don't offend easy, and it'd have to be downright deliberately insulting to get to me. Something like when my husband's ex asked if I'd ever been anything but a pig. (She outweighs me, AND out-uglys me, but that's beside the point, lol!)
