It depends on where in Arkansas you are travelling and where you are travelling to. Colorado is definitely out, but it is possible to go through Mississippi AND Kentucky, Mississippi OR Kentucky, or NOT go through any of them.

Colorado is to the west, so it's out, and Mississippi is to the southeast of Arkansas. That leaves Kentucky which is, indeed, to the northeast of Arkansas.

Kentucky. It is the only one of the three to the northeast of Arkansas. Colorado is well to to west, and Mississippi is to the southest.
