family around would you move to where you do have family,but the pay and jobs are low,especcially during a hard time during your life, my spouse does one minute and not the next,it's his family's hometown area we are in our very early 30's with 2 biological children 7 yr old and 2 month old and adopting my niece (8) and nephew (2).

The way things are nowadays, I wouldn't take a chance on moving to a place where the wages are lower just to be near his family. Financial stability is most important when you have kids. If you have good paying jobs now, even though you don't like it, it's not easy to find them, let alone get hired.
I would say, stay where you are at.
