You are the one that needs to be educated. Are you blind to realize his background? Falsefully accusing someone and ruining their career? (or shall I say man people's career's). This man is a joke. Not to mention he has people come to his radio show to apologize then blasts them and doesn't accept what they have to say. He does things only for attention. Imus is most definately not a racist, and didn't say any of those comments with the sound of hate in his voice! Why can't he be a real leader in his community and stand up for real issues that are going on like black on black crime?

I quite like his performance in past Democratic Presidential debates. He poses ideas and questions the more main-streamers are afraid to.

Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are two of the biggest hypocrites in America. I don't count myself a hardcore Imus fan, but the idea that these two are leading the "Fire Imus" campaign is enough for me to sympathize with Imus. In Sharpton's case, two words sum him up: Tawana Brawley. As for Jackson, he took tens of thousands of dollars of hush money from his organization in Chicago to support his mistress and illegitimate son in California before he was exposed. As "reverends," they should both know the Bible verse, "Let he who has never sinned cast the first stone." Their hypocrisy has no bounds. Disgusting. They can't be bothered trying to fix the real problems facing African-Americans today, that's too much work. It's easier to take potshots at someone.

He is the biggest racist out there. When a white person is missing, injured,murdered,mistreated where is the big black racist Al and Jesse. These two so called men do more harm to the law abiding black Americans than they do help. They want to keep the black man down it makes them look better standing next to a gangster
