Fired: Heidi for excessive dishonesty in the boardroom and Kristine for utilizing the wrong phone number on the brochure.
Despite the initial statement of firing one team completely, Trump opted to fire one from each team instead based on the poor performance of both teams.
Don, Jr. thought that Heidi was contradicting herself
Heidi stated the task failure was the worst in her career and she would 100% agree with Trump if Trump chose to fire her solely based on this task, which he did right after she said it.
Kristine protested after Trump fired her without giving her a chance to defend herself, but Trump considered invoking an incorrect phone number on the brochure to be the critical reason to send Kristine home without delay

The 6 remaining apprentices split up into teams of 2.
Here are the teams:
James and Stefani
Nicole and Kristine
Frank and Heidi
They went to Vegas and made an ad campaign on the newest Trump conconction. James and Stefani did the best job. The other 2 teams sucked. Personally all 4 should have been fired but Trump (who earlier said that the worst team would be fired) said that one person from each team would be fired. Frank argued very well and Heidi was sent home. Kristine said she did everything and she got the wrong phone number so she was fired as well. Hope that helped.

you can watch all the episodes on abc.com. I missed like the first five shows and I eneded up bored at work and watched them all in a row.....
