Not at all, you should be dressing to express yourself and to reflect your personality - if your musical taste comes across in this fair enough but personally i like a bit of everything so it could be difficult to dress to that!

sorry to disappoint but i think this decade is a big laugh music wise I mean come on Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, My retarded chemical Romance. As for fashion look around you honey people are tying to bring the 70's fashion back check through magazines most of the clothes we wear today are they type of clothes my mother would wear during school the huge bead necklaces also from the 60 and 70's. Emo clothing inspired during the punk revolution back in England. Bandanas are from the 60's 70's (Jimi Hendrix for example)

I dont think so, I listen to all types of music I wouldn't be classed as a rocker or a gothic or anything else.
I also dont let fashion / music dictate what I wear I always wear what feels comfortable.

You should listen to the music you like, and wear the clothes you like. Sometimes these do overlap. The best dressed people are always the most individual!!

I dont think so , although I listen to Rock music i dont follow the type of its dressing. . . . . . . But the most people that I know are dressed like the singers and the groups they admire. . . . .I'm not that type of person , I like to have my own unique type of dressing !

I don't think it matters. I dress in tight flare and bootcut jeans, faded and dark, and I wear tee shirts and all that good stuff, and I listen to Metal like crazy. My jeans aren't ripped or nuttin. When you start to dress like the people in bands you listen to, you become what we call a poser, and they are not cool at all. Dress how you feel comfortable.

Well i listen to a lot of rock/alternative music but dress up more urban and hiphop so i don't think its necessary. I guess the type of music you listen to is a form of self-expression, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have to stick to one type of music.

People could, but I think that gives into all the stereotyping crap that goes on, judging and labeling people based on clothing and music. A thing to this would be for outsiders looking in to not make assumptions before actually knowing the person.

lots of peeps do ... sometimes you can tell by looking at someones clothing what they like to listen to. If you want to dress like that, go for it. Own personal choice.
I personally dont though ... id be so confused! I like so many different types of music!

No, I don't think anyone should feelpressured to wear clothes depending on themusic they listen to - and some people listen to a huge variety of music anyway.
